Q: What if the commissioned piece is fed into an AI generator or stolen and reused without permission?

A: Due to the Copyright I have on my work as well as my website, I can reach out to the perpetrator and handle it privately. If they refuse, I can sue them. If the perpetrator in case is the customer itself, I can rightfully sue them for breaking T.o.S.

Q: How exactly do Commissions work with you?

A: I receive the Formular, accept the request, discuss the type of commission and what you would like, receive payment, start working and send you updates per request. Once done, I will send you a PSD and Image file via. E-Mail or Google Docs.

Q: How Long does my commission take until it's done?

A: Depending on what you choose it ranges from 2 day to 7 days.

For a Regular and Chibi Vtube model it would be 7 days, 10 if it's more complex or has more outfits.

For the Goober Vtube Model its up to 3 days.

For PNG models 2 days depending on type and complexity 3 days.

For GIF-Tuber models it's 4 to 5 days.

For regular art pieces with a simple back ground it's 1 to 2 days.

For regular art pieces with more complex backgrounds, it can take up to 5 days.

The time can still wary in the case of sickness, an emergency, an appointment or any other private matters that have to come first.

Q: What happens after I send a Request with the Formular?

A: I will look at the Request and either Accept or Reject it, which you will be alerted of.

Q: What information and references do you need from me?

A: I need a reference sheet of the character if it already exists. If not, I need to know In detail what you want for me to design, from base looks, to vibe, in order to create a character for you from scratch. A Canva Collage or Pinterest board will suffice.

Q: When and how do I pay and which payment method do you accept?

A: Once I Accept the Request you pay fully via PayPal only for regular commission pieces so that I can start.

For Vtube model commissions you can either pay fully or pay 50% via PayPal in order for the commission to start and the other 50% via PayPal once I finish your commission. Once I confirm you paid fully for your model I will send the PSD File.

Please make sure to pay in EURO.

Q: Are the prices on the website fixed?

A: The prices can vary depending on complexity and if you want to add anything else to your Commission!

Q: Do you offer monthly payment installments?

A: I do for Vtuber models! You can discuss it with me if you need to do that. You can choose from 3 months, 6 months and 9 months.

Q: How many corrections / revisions are included in the price and how much do extra changes cost??

A: There is up to 3 corrections / revisions for free. If you would like for me to revise more, it will be 10€ per extra revision.

Q: Can I change the pose or the entire concept of the finished sketch?

A: For poses, If you haven't asked for a revision then yes, that would be one of three free revisions. For the entire concept I would like to know the exact reason, especially for character designs and vtube models. It's for safety of theft and AI generation.

Q: What can I use the finished art for?

A: You can use the finished piece for posting, streaming, as a thumbnail, header for social media and profile picture.

Q: What counts as commercial use?

A: Selling prints, acrylic charms, postcards or any sellable merchandise that has my art on it. If you want to sell it as merchandise please discuss it with me.

Q: Can I buy the License for commercial use?

A: Yes you can! You can buy the commercial use for merchandising by an upscale starting from 30% - 80% and up for regular art pieces with an existing character, since the piece was drawn in my artstyle, Vtube models in this case are excluded. As for Characters I made from scratch it can range from 80% - 200% if you want to create merchandise for it and have the full rights.

Q: Do I have to credit you as the artist of the artwork when I post it?

A: Yes. You have to credit me as your model Mama/ Creator if I made your vtube model. For normal art pieces, you can credit me as the artist in the post itself.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: I only offer partial refunds if I already did the sketch, lineart or started the colouring process.

Q: Will you stream the process and what if I want it to be confidential?

A: If you discuss confidentiality with me, I will not stream your commission. Otherwise, I can stream it per request.

Please make sure to show me refrences of what you would like for me to draw and an idea of what you invision.

I will send you updates if you ask me via Discord/E-Mail.

During beginning phases I can offer revisions for the sketch and during the coloring process.

I will provide you with a Watermarked and Un-Watermarked version of your Commission.

Please mind you, I am not reliable for others if your piece gets reused. Once I send you the Commission File, the art is yours.

Please provide me with a refrence if you already have one, or a file of what you imagine your Model to look like.

I will not copy / closely refrence designs of other V-Tubers.

I offer revisions during the sketch and coloring phase.

The Regular and Chibi models will receive 3 free expressions each, please let me know what kind you would like.

As for the Chibi Goober Models, they will have 9-12 Free expressions depending on how it works.

The Chibi Goober Models are small and simplified, there isn´t going to be much detail in them.

Make sure to pay me in EURO, not in Dollar. I will Inform you if I received the payment in the wrong currency.

For regular Commissions, Please pay the full price once we finished discussing the Commission/ Once the comission is about to start.

For Vtuber Commissions Please pay 50% in order for the Commission to begin and the other 50% once the Commission is done. Once I confirm the Payment is finished, I will send you the PSD-File of your Vtube Model, Along with Facial Examples and toggle examples (In case of hair style changes / a Jacket on/off toggle)

I will also accept monthly Payment plans for up to 9 months for a Vtube model per Discussion.

Commissions that have a closer deadline will be put first.

I will alert you on when the deadline of your commission might change due to Health or other reasons that I couldn´t change.

V-Tuber models take me up to 1-2 weeks depending on the Complexity, please keep that in mind.

Chibi Goober Models take me 1-2 days to finish depending on what you would like.

PNG- Tube Models take me up to 2 days, 4 if the design is complex or a fully new design from scratch.

Regular pieces along with fanart are usually completed within 2 days. 4 if the piece is more complex.

I reserve the right to showcase your model on my website once you release your model.

We can discuss Confidentiality in advance if you don´t want me to Post progress art Online or Stream the process.

Usage, Reselling, refunds and other

You do not hold the right to use the product for anything related to Blockchains like NFT´s

Do not use this product in any AI generator or any AI database.

If you need to Resell your model please let me know in Advance for further discussion and help.

I will not provide refunds for finished products if you purchased regular art or a Vtube/PNG model.

I will provide a partial refund depending on how much progress the piece was in.

A reason for cancellation will occur if you are rude, disrespectful towards me or make me extremely uncomfortable. Which will lead to a refund and cancellation of the project.
